AFRODRIP REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At AfroDrip, each item is made especially for you. Because of this, we have specific guidelines around refunds and returns. Please read carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Include clear photos and your order number when submitting your claim

  • If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you


Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Approved claims will be covered by AfroDrip.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • AfroDrip is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer


Unclaimed Shipments

Packages returned to our fulfillment partner due to non-collection may require additional reshipping fees. If not reshipped within 30 days, unclaimed items may be donated to charity and no refund will be issued.


Returns & Buyer's Remorse

Because AfroDrip products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, size preference changes, or style changes.

  • Size exchanges are not guaranteed. If approved, a new order may need to be placed at the customer's expense


Delivery Timeframes

We want to make sure you know when to expect your order:

  • Lagos: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of Nigeria: 5–8 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note that during our launch period, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand. We will keep you updated every step of the way.

Do You Accept Returns Or Refunds?

Because AfroDrip items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or style preference changes. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.



What If My Item Arrives Damaged Or Incorrect?

If your item is damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund you at no additional cost.


What If My Package Gets Lost?

If your order is lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will take care of it.

Processing times during our launch period may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.


Can I Exchange Sizes?

We do not offer standard size exchanges. If approved on a case by case basis, a new order would need to be placed. Please refer to our size guide carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.

What If I Entered The Wrong Address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility. AfroDrip is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.


Are Any Items Final Sale?

Yes. Certain items such as sealed goods are final sale for health and hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.



How Do I Report An Issue?

Contact us at support@afrodrip.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

  1. The date needs updating Last Updated: Jan 8, 2025 was corrected to 2026 before the site goes live.

  2. A support contact needs to be visible .Customers need a clear email or contact method for reporting issues. This should be confirmed and added before launch.

  3. Size guide reference. I added a line encouraging customers to use the size guide before ordering. This proactively reduces size-related complaints post-launch.
